On Sunday Evening we held our first wine pairing evening in conjunction with Hampshire wine School led by Cecile Berger. The evening was a great success and we’re hoping to organise another wine pairing evening for November. Thanks to all who attended

Sambar Vada 

Crispy and fluffy Medu Vada is soaked in Sambar and garnished with ghee, coriander leaves and onions

Unique dessert, slices of apple dipped in Jalebi batter and fried in rapeseed 

oil and soaked in thickened fragrant sugar syrup.
